Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
There is no provision of cancellation in our resort, therefore once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
The advance amount is non-refundable and non-adjustable with any other bills.
However, you can request a reschedule. Kindly contact to our front desk for a reschedules request raise.
Rescheduling policy: you can reschedule your booking, please notify us in advance via our official WhatsApp or registered email with at least 35 days' notice. If we are able to sell to other queries, you will be notified for a rescheduling, or the 100% advance payment will be forfeited.
You can adjust booking advance amounts with your next booking date within 30 days from the current booked date, subject to room availability.
