
Booking & Payments Policy
BOOKING POLICY
1. General
All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by the resort.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full advance payment or a valid payment authorization.
Guests must provide accurate personal and contact details during booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are not permitted. Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable.
The advance amount is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
However, guests may request a rescheduling as per our Rescheduling Policy.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Guests may request to reschedule by notifying us at least 35 days in advance via our official WhatsApp number or registered email.
Rescheduling will be accommodated subject to room availability.
If the resort is able to re-sell your originally booked dates, your booking may be rescheduled.
The adjusted stay must be availed within 30 days of the original booking date; beyond this, the advance will be forfeited.
4. Children, Extra Guests & Pets
Children above 6 years are chargeable at INR 1000 + GST per child per night.
Additional guests beyond the booked occupancy are charged at INR 1000 + GST per person, subject to room availability.
Pets are welcome with an additional INR 500 per pet per day during check-in.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests must adhere to resort rules, including restrictions on noise, outside food, and alcohol consumption. Failure to comply may result in termination of stay without refund.
PAYMENT POLICY

Cash
Debit/Credit Cards (2.9% charge applicable for card payments above ₹5000)
UPI / G Pay / Bharat QR
2. Payment Terms
Full advance payment is required to confirm any reservation.
Outstanding balance, if any, must be paid at the time of check-in.
All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Additional Charges
Extra adult/child charges as applicable
Pet fee: ₹500 per pet per day
Driver stay/meal packages upon request
Any damages to property or missing items will be charged to the guest account
4. No-Show & Refunds
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
Cancellations are not allowed once payment is made.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under the rescheduling clause.
5. Security Deposits
The resort reserves the right to pre-authorize or collect a refundable security deposit for incidentals during check-in.
6. Invoice & Receipts
Guests will receive an electronic or printed receipt for all transactions. Please retain your copy for reference.
