The full payment will be processed at the time of booking, and there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.Check-In and Check-OutCheck-in time is from 1:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability and additional charges.Room PoliciesThe maximum number of guests allowed in each room is determined by the room type and size. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, and will be charged for any linen or wooden item damaged caused by smoking. Pets are allowed in all the rooms, Rs. 500 will be charged for check-in and ordered food for them. Resort Facilities We offer various facilities to enhance your stay at our resort. You are responsible for the proper use of these facilities and will be held liable for any damages caused by misuse. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool and other recreational facilities.

All changes to your reservation must be made within 24 hours of booking, subjected to availablity. There is no provision of cancellation in our resort. hence once a booking is confirmed it cannot be cancelled. 

Liability Our resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay. We strongly recommend that you lock your valuables in the guestroom safe. We are also not responsible for any injury or damage caused by the use of our resort facilities.Privacy PolicyWe take your privacy seriously and will only collect personal information necessary to complete your reservation. We will not disclose your information to any third parties unless required by law.Governing LawThese terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our resort is located.
